Return parts management
For the builder, Horizon’s Return Parts Management program allows OEMs to go directly to the source when managing returns. We test, evaluate, and repair your customers’ returns, with the option of reintroducing units into your repair depot inventory or marketing as an asset sale. Non-repairable items are destroyed meeting all local, state, and federal requirements, with the resulting material recycled within R2 strictures. All devices are tracked through our workflow by individual serial number to ensure full traceability.
